There’s a particular kind of tired that no one warns you about.

It’s not just physical fatigue — although yes, your body aches in new places and your sleep feels less reliable than ever. It’s the mental load, the emotional overwhelm, the invisible juggling act that so many women carry through perimenopause.

You keep showing up. You keep pushing through. And you’re so used to being the one holding it all together that pausing might feel unfamiliar — or even uncomfortable.

But here’s the truth: you weren’t meant to do this alone.

You deserve a moment to breathe

If you’ve been navigating perimenopause feeling exhausted, wired but tired, running on caffeine and willpower… this is your gentle reminder that it’s OK to stop. To rest. To be held, even for a couple of hours.

That’s exactly why we created the Holistic Perimenopause Support Group — a welcoming space where you can reconnect with yourself and feel supported by women who get it.

This time, our theme is sleep

We’ll be gathering to explore one of the most common and frustrating parts of perimenopause: disrupted sleep.

We’re not here to overwhelm you with fixes or tell you everything you’re doing wrong. We’re here to offer connection, calm, and small, supportive steps — all wrapped up in a beautiful afternoon tea with a healthy twist.

You’re warmly invited

You’re allowed to pause. In fact, you need it.
