About me

I’m Jo, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and, a mum of two young children. My experience has helped me to understand and anticipate people’s needs, to be empathetic, supportive and develop a compassionate approach. My vision is to simplify food and nutrition to help mums find their forever way of eating so they can gain control and feel confident in their clothes again.

Changing my eating habits turned my life around. I now have bags of energy, I've reached my optimal weight, my brain fog has gone, my skin is clear, I no longer react to certain foods, my bloating has disappeared, and I sleep soundly. I can now enjoy time with my family as I have the energy and a clear head to organise this.
I want to help other mums do this. My approach is simple, encouraging, and non-judgmental. I show you step-by-step how to make changes to your diet and lifestyle and so you can feel energised and content.

My training is with Centre of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management (CNELM). I have a degree in Nutritional Science (awarded by Middlesex University) and have a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma which allows me to work 1-2-1 with clients.
I’m fully registered with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) as well as being regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
