I’m Jo, a mum of two, and I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in gut health.
I help tired women who suffer from IBS get their mojo back through simple dietary and lifestyle changes so they can have the life they deserve.
My training is with Centre of Nutrition and Lifestyle Management (CNELM). I have a degree in Nutritional Science (awarded by Middlesex University) and have a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma which allows me to work 1-2-1 with clients.
I’m fully registered with the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) as well as being regulated by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
