I'm Jo Leccacorvi, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and I help perimenopausal women find their forever way of eating without dietary restriction and calorie counting.

I support women in midlife who feel like food, energy and their bodies suddenly don’t make sense anymore, and who are tired of being told to “try harder” when what they really need is understanding and support. 


Jo Leccacorvi Nutrition has been created from my core values: simplicity, self-love, joy, compassion and health. I believe that all women have the right to a joyful and healthy life. I am committed to helping as many women as possible so they can love themselves and live their best life in the way that is right for them.
